David has been an driving force within ARG UK for several years.   He organised the first regional conferences in the Northwest England. He chairs the Amphibian and Reptile Group of South Lancashire.  He works for Amphibian and Reptile Conservation as the Pond Project Officer, responsible for the herps element of Pond Conservation's Million Ponds Project.

Jon was involved in establishing Essex ARG but now lives in Hampshire.

He runs a herpetological consultancy company and is a committee member of the Southeast Shadow Section of IEEM.  He also runs herp survey and mitigation courses for IEEM.

Secretary - John Baker

John has been a member of Suffolk Amphibian and Reptile Group for almost ten years.  In addition to voluntary herpetofaunal conservation activities, John has a broad experience of the professional sector, having worked in administrative, consultancy and research roles.

Jan is a long-time member of Warwickshire Amphibian and Reptile Team.  She has also served as chair of ARG UK for five years.  She is a biology teacher - so lots of nice holidays.
